There are essentially two states of living with HIV - on meds and not on meds. If she is on meds and undetectable, there is zero chance of passing it on. If not on meds, then she can infect.

In her case specifically, she had unprotected sex with a client who contracted HIV.

Seems the court dropped the charge against her, citing it was a health related, not criminal issue. Our courts are truly mucked up
