  • Do you use your real number for texting with a service provider?

Hi - many service providers want you to text them but some people may not be comfortable giving out their real cell numbers. If you are not comfortable using your real number, what are you using to mask your numbers?

    Thanks in advance.

Most girls don’t accept this a method of contact myself included.

Ana_Jolie don’t accept texting or masked numbers? I know providers often indicate they won’t accept messages from text apps. Some prefer an actual phone call in order to do a little screening and try and get a bit of a “vibe” on a new client.

I personally just text from my real number as initial contact. I can follow up with a phone call if needed. I figure what’s the harm? Is she going to screenshot our texts, then call my partner or my mother or my boss etc…I figure reputable girls wouldn’t last long doing that shit. There are scammers out there for sure but remember the legit girls always have to worry about their safety especially with a new client.

Thank you both for your replies. I was leaning to using my real number as well.

I always used my real number. If this is a risk for you, yuou can get an esim for your phone so you have to regular phone numbers on one phone (or have a phone with a dual sim capability). Phone number apps are blocked out more and more not just by escorts but by places in general as they are used by scammers and bad people alot.

I've been using my real number for years with no issues, haven't seen a compelling reason not to.

Seeing as a lot of guys here always edit their post when giving bad reviews or opinions on matters of service, I think its safe to say NEVER use your real number. Buy a simcard that is pay as you go. Done... why even risk anything?

They can't be totally sure (since no one is uploading their personal number and a headshot alongside the review), though depending on how detailed your review it could be fairly identifiable. I think you can mitigate this by simply delaying posting a review, though I imagine that negative experiences can leave people seeking an outlet for their dissatisfaction that leads to more impulsive posting.
