I'm new to this and recently tried booking someone for the first time. Texted her, explained what I was looking for, then told her about my "situation" (taking antidepressant, affects erection), told her the time and length I'd like and asked about payment.

I got to the metro station we had agreed upon (a few minutes early), texted to let her know I had arrived and asked if she had lube. She didn't get back. I waited some minutes, texted her again, but no luck. After around half an hour, I gave up and went back home.

This was a frustrating experience, but I won't name her as this isn't about getting back at her, it's not like she scammed me, I only lost time.

All I want to know is if this was on me, so I don't make the same mistake again. I've added a screenshot of my texts to her to help you judge it.

it looks like the provider suggested a time and a general idea of location BUT did not confirm the precise location. After that 12.47 text you prob wait til she gives a more definitive text on the agreed session before u headed out. But she should have replied back after 3.23 instead of ghosting.

Also next time I dont think u need to reveal you are on meds/ get soft.

Agree with above poster, share less detail about your sitch. Unnecessary and Provider mightve got weirded out by that. In the end, provider failed on this not confirming time or location. Oh and dont apologize, they ghosted you.

Another great example why not to etransfer. Imagine you sent money? You will be out hundreds, reveal your personal information and maybe have someone threaten to expose you to family and friends. Always think with big head.

I kind of don't understand why escorts would want to be paid in advance like that by etransfer before meeting with the client? Something can go wrong like for whatever reason and shes not there at the exact time of the date. Nothing beats to pay for a date when or after receiving it. Do some escorts want to be paid in advanced in case the client doesn't show up? But if he does pay in advance she may not show up and he's out the money. If he wants to pay when or after receiving the date but he doesn't show up the escort will not be out any money because she could of already arranged before hand to see another client after his session so that means she didn't lose any money from the 2nd client. As far as saying the first client owes her money for not showing up i'd say thats not fair or correct because she didn't provide him a service at that time. So I think its best for all if he pays for the date when or after he receives it.

Erm, I don't think you guys are getting the e-transfer part. She didn't ask for payment in advance, I asked if she'd take e-transfer because it'd be less of a hassle to send her the money when I got there instead of going to an ATM.

She probably thought there may be too much drama. She could have handled it a little more professionally. When it gets right down to it unless you have a previous client relationship with the provider you are just another text message.

I’m just guessing, but my best guess was that she got creeped out by the mention of anti depressant drugs.

She doesn’t know you and mentally red flagged you thinking you may harm her. It’s not fair, but these girls face all kinds of guys. Most clients are decent, but there are some violent psychopaths who only reveal their true nature once they’re alone in a room with the provider.

She’s probably just an inconsiderate and ignorant person. To just ghost you like that is extremely rude. Take your business elsewhere

What are you looking for in term of look and expectation?

On looks, I like androgynous or feminine looking people the most (I'm pan btw).

As for my expectations, I'm mainly looking for someone who's patient enough and help me relax when the meds/anxiety kick in, or at the very least won't judge me for it, as it's happened before.

I used to enjoy sex just fine before the meds and those bad experiences, so I thought an escort would be less intimidating and make it easier to enjoy it.

There's also one or other thing I'd like to try (e.g.: facefucking), but that's secondary tbh.
