Ok, I checked it out. There were no tgirls there when I went. You have to book ahead. I got a massage from a middle aged guy in shorts. It was just a massage period. He kept a towel on my privates the whole time, which was fine with me since he was a guy. Good massage, but not exactly what I was looking for. I suggest you call ahead and confirm your expectations.

Like I said, it was an ok massage, but a good non sexual massage is a bit of an oxymoron for me. It was not like what an RMT would provide. It was more of a rub 'n no tug. Fifty bucks. Won't be repeating. It wasn't a horrible experience, merely somewhat tedious.

terrible experience at Un-Tranquility Spa

At least Cobbler had a good massage ...

I hate writing negative things about anyone, but I've learned so much from others over the years that I figured that I owed the group this.

I was in an adventurous mood this past Friday. I called Tranquility Spa in advance (471 Church -- adverstised on Craigslist) and was told that a t-girl was available and that the massage would be 50 for the half or 90 for the hour. I showed up and gave the t-girl 60 for the half hour. The room was cold to start, and that was my sign to leave (though you don't realize this until the clothes are off). It was not a good massage. Within a few minutes, I was asked if I wanted any extras. I inquired about the services, and was told that I would have to pay a 50 dollar tip if I wanted a massage of "that area." I wasn't feeling relaxed by the massage or eager to go further, so I told her that I would be ok and that I wanted to just relax. Then things got unpleasant. She told me that she made no money from the initial payment, as all of that went to the studio, and that her money was from tips. I was told that I couldn't expect her to work for free, and that I should pay something. I dried the oil off myself, got dressed, and gave the girl a $20 tip (which she demanded), and left.

In all, this was my second-worse experience (the worse being with a t-girl named Candy some of you may recall from a few years back -- reviewed on this site but not by me).

For those that are curious, I rate the girl about a 6-7/10 (she's about 5'11" and 180 lbs -- medium build). I would have been content with her looks, as my goal was simply to go, lie down, close my eyes, and enjoy the experience.

I got the distinct feeling that she resents that she has to be there and is contemptuous of guys like me that would go to such a place. It was just a feeling, but if you've had an experience like that (common in strip clubs when the girls let down their guard) you know what I'm talking about.

My recommendation is to stay out of this place. There are many great t-girls out there that are just a joy to spend time and have fun with. She is not one of them, and you'll have more fun at the airport with a pat-down search.
