I work as a Sheriff Deputy in the Jail division for 19+ year's now, before that Military Police in the U.S Army. So no, I'am not fucking with you or anyone else. By the way I'am at war with my department.

All because I tore up my shoulder saving a inmate life. Afterwards my department decieded not to work with me and refused to give me a light duty assignment. Even thou NY State Supreme Court & Binding Arbitration ordered them to do so. After Human Rights jumped in, I hired a lawyer and now taking them to Federal Court.

Needless to say I'am a Maverick/Rebel and refuse to let my department bully me or push me around. Can you guess why they do not like me, it might be because of who I date? Needless to say my choice of who I like and want to be with, has upset some people.

By the way in Canada this is legal and too bad if they do not like me posting on a forum. I have broke no laws, do not plan to break any laws in the U.S or in Canada. Now if I posted on a forum about going to a legal Brothel in Las Vagas, there no crime in that also.

Some people think I'am foolish and should have kept things in the dark, to me it's about doing the right things in life. If your man enough to make a decision, you should stand behind that decision. Look at all the TS women on this site, who had the courage to stand up and live there life out in the open. Think these people show more courage then I did.

OC. I got a question for you.
A friend of mine got a speeding ticket like 10 years ago in NY state.
He doesn't remember if he ever payed it because he had to show up in court at a certain date, which was impossible.
By the way, thats crazy that you have to go to court for a speeding ticket.
Not the case in canada. You just pay the ticket at any bank.
If he gets stopped now by the police driving in NY. Will he get arrested or does that sort of thing get deleted after a number of years ?
He's crossed the border a few times and it was never mentioned.

There will still be a record of it, but he should be ok. There are tons of unpaid tickets in NY state. Heck, they put car boots on now, for unpaid parking tickets. My advice is to have him just pay for the fine, get it over with and not worry about crossing the boarder.
