With all due respect that is nothing short of insanity. Do you know how easily an escort could frame you if they don't like you even if you paid? Theft is one thing but, being classifed as a sexual predator is a whole different ball game. Even if the individual doesn't pay, the escort still consented to having sex nor did the client do anyrhing to harm the sp sexually.

No that is theft. Rape occurs when there is sexual harm or a threat of sexual harm. Calling it rape after you don't receive money is the equivalent of saying you got raped when you consensually agreed but felt bad after. Thats like a masseuse saying they were sexually assaulted because their client didn't pay after. Just because you don't get paid doesn't mean the client did anything to harm you sexually whether it be from the mental level or physical.

So yes if you refuse to pay after having sex that's kind of a rape in my opinion. That's why you pay first usually... but yes you can always be frame .
