agreed...but people are assholes and they will do what the want...if they want to molest a child they will find a way to do it....it can't be stopped cause for all the thousands of fuckers that do this one gets caught....

I say eveyone should be armed with ninja throwing stars and a blow gun. I'm not sure how much damage they can do but, damn, they look cool. But, if you're not into looking cool (like a ninja) then pepper spray is a good idea.

But even better than pepper spray is knowing your surroundings and be aware of your circumstances. This kind of crime is more likely to occur in certain areas versus others (I don't make the news, I just report it folks)...when you are in those areas do not make yourself a target. The best thing we can do is, as a society, not tolerate these kind of crimes. Tell people, tell police, tell your stories. When you shine a light in the dark corners the cockroaches scurry away.
