Craigslist seems to be heavy in ads is it the economy

I have a three part posting,

I just have been watching craigslist for about a month, maybe longer.
I see alot of the top gals have moved their advertising to craigslist as well as many craigslist regulars, is the economy starting to slow for the T gal community as well as the general population??

I noticed a warning about a working gal with HIV virus,
that woke me up big time !!
is the virus common to T gal community in Toronto

I have been reading this story as well and yes it is something to think about. But, from what I have read he was a gay man and he has sex with men. This would mean he is not into Transsexuals nor would he have reason to go to Transsexual events. I also have read nothing that said he was ever at either of the clubs in Toronto and I even went looking at the Toronto Star and they said nothing about the clubs.

Maybe you meant Play Lisa as that is the area he hung out in and that is a gay bar?

I think with everything always use condoms & always think that everyone could have something is the best way to protect yourself.

Everyone should always play safe when engaging in casual encounters. That is the answer. You should assume that everyone has HIV, it's not that complicated to protect yourself.

Lisa, the article in the Toronto Star does not mention the Lounge or Goodhandy's - is this a person that you personally saw?

In any case, hopefully it is a wake-up call for anybody who is engaging in risky behavior - condoms AND lube should always be used for anal (provided free at Goodhandy's from the AIDS Committee of Toronto), and there is also literature in a dispenser on the 2nd floor of the club.
