BACON is your friend. If I was 133 I'll loke like a bone rack of death. I was 143 when I was hospitalized a few years back and I looked bad, you could see all my ribs and bones. I've been the same weight +/- a pound or so since then.

bacon is not a 'heart' healthy diet. darn havent had any for months. mmm maple bacon. then again dark chocolate is.

i will have to hold onto things in a stong wind.
