I am new to this arena so not sure how much geographic competition comes into play. But one area I do not hear much about is North York. The Yonge/Sheppard area is centrally located for example has convenient access by subway and highway (401) for clients. Plenty of places to shop and grab a bite to eat for yourself and also easy access for you downtown. Plenty of nice condo's in the area too. If you want to venture a couple of stops north, there is a Luxury Condo Rental unit at Finch and Yonge (last stop on the Yonge Line). 77 Finch East I think. Although I don't suggest it cuz then I can't visit as my ex lives there.
