Looks too good to be true so it probably is. And there are sooooo many ads just like this that it’s not even worth the attempt to contact and square up a visit. Just NOT gonna happen!

404 is not an Alberta area code.

I was just pointing that out. No need to be snippy about it.

cheer up mam. I wasn’t snippy. I was just pointing this out. There seems to be more phony posts like this in Alberta than actual sp’s.

I agree with you on that regarding LL. LL has really gone downhill since Covid when lots of scammers found out about the site and how to take advantage of guys. Not sure why AB has more of these ads than other provinces. The money isn’t here anymore like it was years ago.

Here in Winnipeg, LL features about ten fake ads for every legit provider.

While this undeniably hurts clients, it makes things rough for providers as well. This especially applies to new providers.

I launched my service in November, and it’s been a pretty lean winter. Business has finally started to pick up, as I’ve slowly started to build a reputation as a reliable provider. This has lead to a steady increase in new clients, adding to my base of loyal regulars.

I really wish there was an incentive for LL to crack down on scammers, as it’s clear that simply doing the right thing seemingly means nothing to them.

LL is all about the money and obviously believes in “buyer beware.” They do have their verified by LL but still allow lots of scamming ads.

When Crag used to own SMC he made a point of vetting profiles before they were posted and anyone reporting profiles he would investigate and delete them. SMC still does better than LL and does ban scammers.
