If they bought the company, they bought the assets and liabilities, which includes the liability to you.

If they want to change their terms of service, I suppose they have that right, but they would again have to refund.

They are totally lying to me about the assets and liabilities, I have an accounting degree, but they don't care what i say.
I suspect maybe they just changed management and are saying it is new owners.
When I asked for the name of the President, all they could provide was the name of the founder.
I said, the founder is the old owner? They had no answer.

It just ain't worth a lawyer, i'd just lose money.
Unless I could find others that have had the same issue

They probably just figure they can ditch the adult sites and steal our money and they are in the right.
