this thread didnt go where i expected it to. some of us obvioulsy have utter contempt for a pedophile. and rightly so if it is true.
others see him as a musical genius and rightly so.
perhaps jenllani told it right. he is gone and at peace or not. one thing for sure he will never do it again. yes we should perhaps feel sorry for him and his sins (he is not alone there i am sure) and maybe we should recognise his musical talent. maybe we should always remember that CHILDREN were hurt one way or another.
you never know about someone really until they pass on. look at david carradine. appears he like a bit of bsdm. i guess things went a bit too far for him this time. in all of us are stengths and weaknesses. sometimes they swing way too far and there is no return.
if i was to celebrate the life of a celebrity then that person would have had to do so many things for the poor and instead of using their status to do anything. those that have dedicated their fame to helping those who are not so fortunate enough. mmm perhaps angolina jolie. gives millions to causes. is a united nations ambassador. perhap we should be celebrating the living who are trying to make a difference instead of waiting until they pass.
