  • Fitness Fanatic?

Kinda a bit of a different question than most of the topics i've been reading here, and if i've misplaced this thread then admin i appologize. New here, still getting the lay of the land.

Anyway, I'm a naturally big guy. Im 6'5"and since highschool i've weighed more than 270 lbs. Recently i've become a bit more than disgusted with myself, im just starting to feel the effects of ageing and have decided to make a radical change. i know alot of you girls are mad crazy into fitness, and maybe you could give me some insight.

In the past 4 months i've lost 30 lbs. Most of that is sweating it off since im here in Iraq and the temp has been in the 130s most of the time. I've been going crazy hitting the gym and for the first time ever im seeing amazing results. My arms are getting cut and starting to gain mass, and my waist hasnt been this slim since highschool. (im 26 so this is a big deal lol)

The problem? I have this Gizzard under my neck that i can NOT get rid of. Naturally lipo- is not an option, so does anyone have any good excersizes in mind that could target the under-chin neck fat? I really think i would be HOT instead of average if i could get that little problem area under control lol.. all the cardio, eating healthy, weight lifting is paying off except in that one little area.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

i am glad you are getting yourself in shape. weight loss is not easy to do.

i lost 15 lbs in four weeks but that was due to anorexia brought on by depression. you are doing it the right way.

keep safe. may our prayers be with you.

Something like that would probably do the trick.
Alternately fill your helmet with something heavy and do head lifts.

When u get back giving head to some of the ladies here might help.

that's definitely an enticing incentive to work out lmao. Been looking through the photos on this site, some GORGEOUS women here.

          advice

Hi Doorgunner, keep up the good work. I am not a tgirl I am a tgirl admirer but I am also a personal trainer so I will put my two cents in and you can do what you want with it. I have big respect for our troops, you guys and girls are amazing.
Unfortunately their are no exercises to target fat in a specific spot. As you keep up your weight training and cardio exercises and continue to lose body fat and gain lean muscle mass the fat will come off, but where it will come off first you sometimes don't know. Under your chin may be next or it may be the last spot, but keep plugging away and it will all come off eventually. A great site is bodybuilding.com don't let the name fool you it is for anyone who is interested in a fit lifestyle. Keep checking out the beautiful tgirls here to stay motivated.

thanks for the words of encouragment ace. Im actually multi-tasking right now. two pages opened up, one to this site, the other to google results or 'neck fat' lol.

over years of lazyness i guess my body has decided to store my fat in the chest and waist area, which i hate, but after the past few months of heavy gym time i'm deffinatly seeing results, which is a huge source of motivation. I've never been one to flex in front of a mirror, but im deffinatly checking out my arms every night when i get out of the shower. but the neck is what stands out when i see photos of myself. and even when i was young i've always had that gizzard. Im going to keep hitting the gym, doing full cardio and targeting muscle groups for toning. I have roughly 6 months left here in the sandbox. Im actually contemplating (if im not happy with the neck when i get home) getting lipo. Not anywhere else, the rest im sure ill be happy with. just the neck area. From someone knowledable in the fitness world, what is your opinion on small lipo procedures. From my opinion, i think it would be a good thing if i still think i need it when I get home. I deffinatly plan on getting gym membership and keeping up the same routines when i get home. So thinking Lipo would be a good way to cut out the neck and get it to where i want it.

I want a beach body lmao, and the neck is my biggest worry.

              Fitness

Hi Doorgunner, you sound like you are very determined in your fitness goals, remember that fitness should be a lifestyle and you will continue to see good rseults. In regards to lipo under the chin, I am hoping you will find before you return home you will not need the lipo because of your continued successful results. If you still think you ned it just remember their is some risk to all surgeries and ask your doctor lots of questions and do some research your self.

Have you checked out the website I gave you?
