Why do SPs avoid Oakville?

I have been browsing adds on LL and SC for a while now and I noticed that usually reputable SPs avoid Oakville.

Not saying every SP does but most do not travel and offer services in that city. I've seen many more adds up in Burlington and especially in Mississauga.

I'm curious, can any providers tell me why they avoid hosting in Oakville? is it the price or for some other reasons? I assumed with the money in Oakville there would be a lot more traffic there.

There is money in Oakville, thats for sure. However, its kind of out there if an SP isn't driving. And lets be real. Any john coming out of Oakville has a car and its really nothing to drive to Mississauga or anywhere in the GTA for that matter. For an SP it makes sense to stick close to the airport.

I would imagine Mississauga is popular because of the airport. Just guessing here.

Oakville, like several of the GTA regions, is an extended trip for many who could stay in or near the airport/core depending on if they are local or visiting. Also, if you are not central, you might be cutting off clients who are in other surrounding areas. If I am in the east end, and a prospective SP is in Mississauga, for example, I am less likely to visit. If she's in Oakville, not happening due to distance and time. At that point you're halfway to Burlington/Hamilton (tranny hell).

I am from the east end and my cut off is Mississauga. Any further west is just too far for me. That being said, I would take Mississauga (which is further away from me) than Toronto any day of the week
