Ooooooooooh this should be so fun. I would LOVE to hear everyones opinions on what they consider to be "good" music.

I had high hopes for this guy but I think he sold out from what he really wanted to do. His music seems like a pre-packaged "Brian Adams" style of rock. He could ahve done so much more. Hopefully one day he will break the mould and really rock out.

              No such song. Heh heh

This isn't the first time I've heard the tune referenced like that.

"Wake Me Up (Before You Go Go)" by Wham, now that's the song people listen too. LOL

Bryan Adams wasn't always pre packaged. He himself admitted wanting to go back to his roots before signing the mutli million dollar contracts he had but then like most musicians the call of $$$$ enables them to do stuff that they couldn't normally do if they were independant. Unfortunately most musicians have to compromise their creativity to what the " labels" and "sponsors" want them to do and see to it that a hit is made.

Exactly when did Bryan stop washing his hair regularily?

I think Duke Ellington said there are only two types of music, good and bad. Sooo, here's what I think is good music.

...and keeping with the thread title, I'm not a fan of the Daughtry fellow. Seems a little too contrived and manufactured for my taste...American Idolesque if you will. But to each their own.

One of a few entries I'll post over time. I'll explain what I mean by "safe" and 'established" later. I also may post up some independent stuff that may make people go WTF??

I feel the need to put my two cents in Daughtry totally sucks ass big time. The only guy that ever truly rocked on American Idol was Bo Bice.Bo Bice,is the reason I watch American Idol and it happened by accident because in 2005 one of my all time favorite shows(That 70'sShow) came on right after it.Now getting back to Daughtry the week he got eliminated it was Elvis Presley week and I never heard a worse version of Suspicious Minds.Elvis, himself was probably turning over in his grave with Chris Daughtry's version.Oh how he totally butchered that song.Fuck Chris Daughtry that bald headed bitch.

                              Rob Zombie,rocks Static -X rocks.
