Well. My tastes to what a woman wears may be very very different to the majority here. I don't like cheap or trashy. I prefer something semi formal with a little class, has some dignity and is shapely. Honestly, if a t woman / ladyboy wears black or red (maybe even blue and yellow) it gets my attention more. Shoes are a part of it as they should match what the person is wearing.
