I am confused about all the shemale acronyms and what they actually mean. Please define:

Shemale: Dresses/acts 100% of the time as a female, takes estrogen hormones to grow breasts and hips w/ the male anatomy still intact, sometimes refered to as a pre-op transexual.
TS: TranSexual, see above
TV: TransVestite, a male who dresses and acts as a female without taking any hormones, usually wears a wig and padded bras.
CD: CrossDresser, totally 100% male who likes to wear womens' clothing and under garments, usually as a fetish.
CBJ: a blow job w/ a condom.
BBBJ: a BJ without protection
Bottom: a person who likes to recieve (not donations)
Top: a person who likes to give
