ya he felt trapped so why not kill them before they kill you,i think its about time canada opened up the books and straighten out our gun laws or lack of them,why the hell should the bad guys be the only ones carrying the guns,look at the U.S. in texas the break and entering is the lowest in the country why you ask cause they all carry them period.if someone tries to do harm to me or my posessions i should have the right to protect them if that means shooting to kill too bad my life is way more important then theres period.

Are you sure you really want to arm everybody that easily? Think about it Lisa there are a lot of very aggressive and violent people out there who would just love to have easy access to a gun. The ramifications could be disasterous.
I say go the opposite direction and give a life sentenance to anyone caught with an unregistered firearm and only allow licences to persons who need them for their jobs (police,Brinks guards etc.)

Lets face it folks, gun crime makes great headlines. Guns helps the newspaper industry (and by extension the pulp and paper industry), the backhoe/gravedigger industry, the medical industry, the lead industry, and the military-industrial complex...It is a great economic stimulus...except for all the dead people, there is no downside.
