Unfortunately, it takes a village. Whenever you see them spreading useless garbage, click on the Flag option at the bottom right corner of their thread post or comment, and write a message to the admin asking them to ban their profiles. The more they get reported by others on their spam and toxic comments, the faster they'll go.
