your body is your body. what you do with it is your choice and no opinion of others should ever factor into that.
if you decide to sit around all day eating deep fried food and not working out and this is what makes you happy even tho people ridicule you for being fat, then who fucking cares? that person is happy.

Well it took me 3 months postop before I experienced my first orgasm and it was during aftercare maintenance. It was totally unexpected but nice.

Suicide is a huge postop depression issue, but if it's related to non orgasmic etc... the surgeon has a responsibility to let the person know of these possible complications and such. Also if the surgeon follows Standards of Care he can deny surgery if the patient show mental instability. It's a really complicated system of gatekeepers. But you get what you pay for, ymmv.

I truly care, I mean yea it's a sexual attraction thing at first
but then you learn more about the girls and it's hard for me

The reason why mother nature created females to last longer during sex including achieving multiple orgasms is because mother nature intended a female to equally share this with another female where their vaginas and buttholes meat. Makes sense doesn't it.
