Along with her considerable community experiences the lady brings versatility, tranquility, and marketability to these forums. Ray , you know decorum with some of the thread providers is impossible. If a sitting moderator is not able to retain control of every day matters, total disruption, some would even say anarchy takes over. Give her some degree of acceptance and wonder not about matters not impacting on the membership. To the contrary , should she fall from grace then is the time to question her continuing in the position. Even then, the proprietor has exclusive rights in this regard.
You must admit (as I do) her looks are a refreshing change for the better.

in regards to experience being a dictating factor to the reasoning of why I am head moderator really lacks originality.
i'm a person who has never felt the need to explain herself. even more so explain why i was chosen for this position.
if people want to question my position, awesome. this is a free world and a public forum, so let the judgements come.
in time will people will get a better picture of who I am and why the admin has seen me as qualified for the job. Im not just here cuz of my pretty looks
