First timer looking for older ladies.

Before anyone says it, yes I have looked over the past posts for first timers. There is a lot of great advice but most of the recomendations are for T-girls that are in their early twenties. I am hoping someone can suggest a T-girl in the late twenty to mid forty range that is good with first timers. Can anyone help?
