Depends on where you are in the 'burbs - the have it on campus at York University, which is pretty far north.

I wish - if I did I would be out visiting with some of the cities "bright lights".  If York works for you, I always find Eye in the shopping mall (I think it may be the student centre, I'm not sure) along with all the other free papers.
