I know where you are coming from Latin. BUT even though a lot of the girls are there to work there are others that are there to meet new people, hang out, hook up, etc. I chat with girls that I find attractive and we both figure out if we are going to give each other what we need pretty fast. If it isn't working I just move on. I went to Goodhandy's last night and would like to add my thoughts. I feel that a reason why guys won't approach you is because they are either not interested in you particularily, voyeurs, nervous or cannot distinguish between working and not working.

For myself, I go to talk with the girls at the club. I can generally tell who is always working and who is not. Therefore, those who are working I make small chat with and then let them do their business. There are some I do not know well and they are working so I do not approach them entirely as it is a waste of both our time.
