Best top for a newbie?

Hey guys,
I have seen a # of shemales in our lovely city, but recently the fantasy has popped up to be topped by a beautiful lady. I have practiced some strap-on stuff with my domme, so I am ready for this experience, but I was wondering who you guys would recommend for a first-timer? I am also concerned about safety issues, and was wondering if anyone could give some info in this regard? Is this really an idea that is better suited for the fantasy world?
