...
...and yet after alll this discussion there really hasn't been too much discussion as i'd hoped from the male perspective on their thoughts regarding surgery .
We've had:
- videos on how to kiss
- girls wanting to kiss everybody
- who would want and not want the surgery
- brief medical terminology explained
.... sigh .....
Time for a thread kill.

My perspective as a male, on plastic surgery.
I too have noticed Rantsalot, that this thread has been largely taken over by the girls of the forum but here is my take, as a certified male. [I have no plans to replace the hair on my head, pay for laser treatment of my excessive body hair and or seek replacement of my lost muscle mass.]
Personally I have no particular bent in this “debate” if there is actually a debate happening on this topic.
I see this kind of surgery in the same way I see changes to hair colour, which has been condoned in our society forever, it seems. Both male and females over the world have subscribed to this in varying ways over the centuries. Fads come and go and human beings, the weaklings they are, follow along with the latest trend lest they be considered behind the times.
Please do not get the impression that I feel that such followers are predominantly female either, for e.g., it was fashionable at one time for males to wear powdered wigs and cod pieces too (perhaps to disguise the fact that their own piece was not that great)! So, is that kind of male history much different than females who are now using implants in various places to supplement and sculpt what Mother Nature bestowed upon them? I think not! Another male folly, perhaps fading somewhat lately, is the habit of shaving the face one or more times daily to present a face as smooth as the proverbial babies bum. In days gone by full beards were most common. Another fad we blindly follow.
I feel that there are limits however IMHO, as to how far such changes should be carried out by any individual, whether they be male, female or a transperson. As long as the result is within reason, considering that persons natural body size and type, and that they make that person feel better about themselves, what difference should it make to me, or to you, as observers only.
Yes, I feel the person should carefully limit how much is done and how far it is to be taken. Going back to hair clour, I’m sure we have all seen the little old lady, skin like alabaster and hair dyed jet black, eyrbrows pencilled in to match. That is a case of not relating the change to the natural body. So here I would point out that the “body shaping” of breasts, butts, lips etc. when taken to the extreme and so obviously does not conform to the reality of the human body, when viewed by the casual observer appear to be just as preposterous as the jet black hair and eyebrows on the little old lady!
As an example of overdone change, one of the forum girls posted pics of some very freaky lips and my reaction to those overblown labia was that they were really hideous. From later comments I assume that most others felt as I did.
I am sure that in most cases those who carry the procedures to extremes have either been ill advised or whose brains are not functioning at optimum capacity. I am sure too, that some may feel that comments which they've overheard, such as “Will you look at that!“, are comments made in respect or adulation but in most cases they are said in mockery or disapproval.
I am sure that in most cases those who carry the procedures to extremes do not realize the enormity of what has been done.
