    Please,
Do not contact me at the forum about Shemale Canada.
If you have and issue email [email protected]
My new staff there will deal with it.
    Some info:
    1. I have hired and employee that updates the profiles for me.
    2. You may have waited 2 weeks in the past, so did everyone else.
    3. Sometimes when i was travelling in the past i had no internet and fell behind, this is why i have hired someone.
    4. I am trying to run a business and do not play favourites.
    5. Every profile gets updated in the order it came in.
    6. Shemale Canada crashed in January and some thumbnails were stuck. Please tell us if you still have problems.
    7. There is between 5-20 thumb or updates to process daily.
    8. I have built a program that is used to track and update profiles and thumbnails. Every person that does something is put in order and they are approved in order. As you can see Pinay Beauty is the next in line to have her thumbnail approved.

Any questions about the site just ask.
    Thanks

Hey Crag, Now that you have hired someone to oversee SMC, I have a couple of suggestions. First, would it be possible to delete some of the outdated ads. There are some that are obviously old ads and have been there for months if not years without change. Secondly, would it be possible to have different sections for different cities, ie, Toronto, Montreal etc. instead of having to go through all the pages if you are only interested in those in a particular city? Just a few thoughts on my part. Thanks again for providing us with such a great asset as SMC and for this forum as well.

The reason i hired someone is because i could not get to the simple maintenance tasks like cleaning up old ads and working on new functionality.

The city field is not standardized meaning they can type whatever they want.
So until i change this you cannot search on a city level.

You will see many changes and improvements coming soon.

That is on my list but very low.

Anyone with any knowledge can save the pictures or print the screen.
There is about 10 ways to do it, so it is not really useful.
Also it is very very annoying to users, i hate it.

The other thing is everytime someone views your pictures, they are downloading them to their machine, this is the nature of the internet.

I could however put shemalecanada logo on them or something when upload them.
Then that way it would stop people from using them elsewhere as easy.
                    Just thoughts.

Good, I got a couple tax questions for u.
Maybe u can show off your tax prowess to the ladies.

If I registerd a corporation solely to register a trademark.
Do I have to file coporate income tax if the company has no assets?
Or is the goodwill of the trademark, some kind of asset?
Or can i claim that under another business.

Also if someone registered a corporation provincially and registered a name, does this stop them from filing tax as a sole proprietor?

                        Just asking.

                            Just asking.

If you incorporate you have to file a corporate tax return if you make income. However, several banks requires up to date financial statements which may cause you to go back all those years to file. My real question lies in why you choose to register a corporation just for a trademark. Please note that a trademark is an intangible asset and it is different than that of goodwill (meaning the price above which an arms length purchaser will pay for an amount above your total assets). Goodwill is not depreciated but only tested for impairment when circumstances arise. Intangible assets such as a trademark is capitalized and amortized over its useful life. If your amortization policy is equivalent to that of the tax class of 13 which uses a straight depreciation method. One of the few which are not declining balance. However, your incorporation costs are Cumulative Eligible Capital and will therefore put put in Schedule 10 of your corporate and taken at 7% per year deduction. It will be expensed on the financial statements as legal costs but added back to your Schedule 1 which will not be off concern because it will result in not income being recorded. You will also need to make a minimum $1 investment in common shares by the shareholder so that you can create a balance sheet. In order to file a corporate tax return, you must fill a GIFI (General Financial Information). the addback of amortization will be equal to the CCA deduction as explained above since you will have a similar policy.

The result, you will never have to file an corporate tax return. If you have no income, why would CRA even care. All they care about is getting their portion, they leave the losers alone. Besides, I could file 25 years of past tax returns in an hour (software permitting) if that is all you have. The corporation does not effect your personal return unless you pay out dividends or salary.

Does that help? People generally incorporate to reduce liability so that they are not hit personally. I do not see why you want to incorporate or maybe it is because I am almost late for my Passover dinner. Got to go while the Matzah is hot.

My understanding is that you can only register a trademark through a corporation. Currently I am not incorporated myself. but figured I could just register a trademark by registering a shell corporation.

However at some point I will transfer my assets into a corporation once I can see some tax benefits. In my business seperation from liablity is something I would desire but since the primary shareholder can be held responsible it works out the same. Until I can recognize tax benefit from moving to a corporation i won't. If I was in the states I would set up an LLC but I do not think the same entity exists in Canada.

Also my friend started a business but registered his business name as a non-profit corporation with out asking first. So I told him we could just file as a sole proprietorship for tax purposes, no matter what he registered as with the province. Since he has a full time job also it only make sense to start as a Sole Proprietor since he will most likely show tax losses in the first years of his business. These tax losses can then be applied against his personal tax paid for a refund.

thanks, I think u answered my questions.
