So i saw this movie last night at yonge & dundas amc theater at the 10:30pm show, with my friend Larry. I payed for his ticket cause he didn't had any money on him, but promised he'd pay me back the next time he see's me, lol. The ticket cost me $13.50 each. Geee, they used to charge $12.50, wow the price has gone up $1.00 extra ,lol. Anyways with all the movie commericals & trails, the actual Iron Man 2 movie started around 10:45pm. And mind u, we went half an hour early, and we were not able to find any good seats, cause they were all taken away.
What do u expect right, it was the first night of the fucking film, lol. So me and my friend found 2 seats at the upper left hand side, but these chinese people told us those seats were saved for there friends and i was like what the fuck. I thought it was first serve, first come u know. So i went out of the theater and complained to an employee about these mother fuckers not allowing us to sit next to them, cause they had the seats saved for there loser friends that haven't showed up yet. So she came with me and i pointed them out and she told them, i'm sorry it's first serve first come, ur not allowed to save these seats.
But long story short, she found us seats way at the back row, and i found it a better view cause it was right in the middle u know & far away from those losers who were saving those 2 seats for there losers friends, lol. Ok, so how did the movie went, well, what can i say, it was entertaining, alot of bling, bling going on with all the specail effects going on. Alot of violence, a bit of comedy in the film and it was non stop action. I personally enjoyed the first film of Iron man. I don't know why, i just did. I thought the second one was just alright u know. I rated this movie a 5/10. Mind u i was so bored through out the movie, during half of the movie i was mostly texting people on my cell phone, lol.
I'm not saying the movie was boring, it just didn't appeal to me. To be honest, I find The Spiderman & Batman movies alot more entertaining to be honest. This Iron man 2 movie is a full 2 hours so u get ur money's worth u know. And if ur into the whole super hero, comic book fantasy story about these guys having super powers, then go ahead and watch it. I have nothing bad to say about this movie, i just thought it was alright u know, nothing specail. I hope u enjoyed reading my latest movie reviews, intill next time, ta ta! Btw, did i mentioned my friend Larry was falling asleep mostly during most of the movie? lol
On a side note: b4 i went to the movies last night i decided to go shopping at Honest Ed's at Bloor & Bathrust, and i bought about 10 dvd movies for $1.99 each. Pretty cheap eh? I think the real reason why dvd's are becoming so cheap is because everybody wants to buy the new blue ray movies instead, cause it's better picture quality & sound.
