As smoosh points out, there are reviews here on this board. In the past there were at least 2 other boards that had a few Toronto reviews. Regrettably I don't think those boards are still around.

It's possible my impression of Terah is based on old, erroneous reviews and that her service standard has changed now, but somehow I doubt that.
