  • (B@rbie Swallows) Movie Reviews! "TAKE HIM TO THE GREEK" Rated R. 1'Hr & 48 Mins.

    "GET HIM TO THE GRΣΣK"

Release Date: "Friday, June 4'th, 2O1O"
Coarse Language, Sexual Content, Substance Abuse,
    Comedy. 1 hr & 48 mins

Get Him to the Greek reunites Jonah Hill and Russell Brand with Forgetting Sarah Marshall director Nicholas Stoller in the story of a record company intern with two days to drag an uncooperative rock legend to Hollywood for a comeback concert. The comedy is the latest film from producer Judd Apatow (The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Knocked Up, Funny People). Aaron Green (Hill) gets things done. The ambitious 23-year-old has exaggerated his way into a dream job just in time for a career-making assignment. His mission: Fly to London and escort a rock god to L.A.'s Greek Theatre for the first-stop on a $100-million tour. His warning: Turn your back on him at your own peril. British rocker Aldous Snow (Brand) is both a brilliant musician and walking sex. Weary of yes men and piles of money, the former front man is searching for the meaning of life. But that doesn't mean he can't have a few orgies while he finds it. When he learns his true love is in California, Aldous makes it his quest to win her backright before kick-starting his world domination. As the countdown to the concert begins, one intern must navigate a minefield of London drug smuggles, New York City brawls and Vegas lap dances to deliver his charge safe and, sort of, sound. He may have to coax, lie to, enable and party with Aldous, but Aaron will get him to the Greek.

    Director: Nicholas Stoller

    Cast - Major:
Rose Byrne, Jonah Hill, Russell Brand, Colm Meaney, Pink, Elisabeth Moss, Tom Felton, Christina Aguilera, Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs, Katy Perry, Kali Hawk, Nick Kroll

So I Saw this movie tonight around 11:45 pm show at downtown, and i was like a minute or two late. I just got in when the title of the movie appeared on the screen, so thank god, i didn't arrived any later then that. Anyways, since i'm Greek myself, i was like well i might as well check out this movie, since it's titled "Get Him to the Greek". Just to let u know this movie has nothing to do with greek people or the culture at all. The fat guy in the movie poster above, is trying to get the famous rock star on time to the greek theater in L.A. This film, has alot of swear words, drugs use in it, suicide, alot of sexual play, 3some, dildo action, some nudity with strippers tits exposed, and a homosexual gay kissing scene. I thought this was a funny movie, it's a great way to relieve some stress.

The bitch sitting next to me in the theater kept saying eww, this, and eww that, well shut the fuck up u dumb cunt, and just watch the fucking movie, and let others peacefully watch it. Obviously every part for her she thought it was disgusting and nasty. I give this movie a 8/1O star ratings. It's not a boring film at all. I found it to be entertaining. I know i haven't posted as much movie reviews latley, it's because alot of films out right now are shit, like sex in the city, and other crap, and i don't like wasting my money on movies i know i'll fucking hate and bore me to death, lol. So yea, i liked this film, so go check it out alone or on a date, cause you'll both end up laughing ur heads off! I loved the part where the rock star forced the fat guy to shove drugs up his ass, before going through airport security, lol.

knew who he was I just remembered seeing it & thought it was
          funny.
