I'm gonna give the nod to Kevin Kline from A Fish Called Wanda.
However, I did enjoy the British guy calling the girl an inanimate object. -
OMG that was hilarious. Full Metal Jacket is right up there for movies with the best insults. It also showed clips from the British movie comedy "In The Loop" which I highly recommend. There is even a very funny joke about Canadians.
This government employee is on the phone and he is talking about an upcoming middle east war, "No, no, no, you needn't worry about the Canadians. They're just happy to be there. Yes, well, they always look surprised to be invited."
