How Different Are We?

Lol , I have the same sized feet and the same sized shoe problem. But other than that I honestly believe the only difference is that we dont bleed every month or so lol, so we dont need tampons or pads lol.

Any where i find my self collecting the essentials I need.. a fellow female is as well.

I was thinking to myself today, how different is life for us trans girls in comparison to the genetic girls in this world?

What essentials do we need in life that other girls don't, or we have difficulty locating?

Personally I have problems finding shoes that I love. Having size 10/11 feet usually either the pair i love they already sold out of or just dont carry in that size.

So what essential services or items do you find we need more accessibility of or can't locate at all?

boys dont be shy to comment but this is mainly for the ladies.

I couldn't agree more with you actually. And we really do give females a run for their money and i always believed it was because we as trans may have an advantage to knowing what a "real woman" should look like or act like. & I think we put more into our image than females do. I've always thought that we make better women because this is a man's world. Even though we are not MEN , we have had the experience of one to some extent. So we have some better insight on what men like to see , hear and experience.

There are problems associated with "the tuck" that have been mentionned already - that is a big difference.

The shoes! I love my shoes - I mean I LOVE my shoes!!!! But I rarely wear my heels out. I am very tall and, in heels, I really tower over everyone. I usually end up wearing flats when I go out - but designer flats mind you. Also, I have the same problem girls - I wear size 10.5/11B and finding shoes can be a challenge. There are some shoes that you just can't get in my size. So that is a difference.

But we win in the leg department. Men usually have longer legs than women so, when we transition, we end up with proportions that genetic girls would kill for.

As for hormones, it is a love/hate relationship. They make us look so good but they can be harsh taskmasters when the mood strikes them. They engender/encourage such beautiful emotions but they can also bring out the bitch... did I just say that out loud?

Prep time is another thing. Some genetic girls brush their hair and head out in 5 minutes flat. and damn if they don't look good too! For me, I want to look GOOD when I go out so it can take me a while to get ready. I won't say how long but it takes me a while.

I used to think that guys knew I was TG when I went out but I don't think that so much anymore. Most guys don't let their gaze stray very far from my breasts. How many wives have I seen giving sour looks to me or to their husbands? Hell, how many wives have I seen hitting their husbands to get their attention back to where they thought it should be? I don't do it on purpose...really! I'm just a regular girl... I swear!

I think that we can give genetic girls a run for their money on their best day girls. But we have to work for it don't we? The attitude and the outlook have always been there but putting the whole package together takes alot of work doesn't it?... did someone say package?

For me, i feel that i am actually not afraid to be blunt and even a bit direct when talking about sex or any topics that guys have no problems talking about. Maybe it has do to do with not being socialized to be afraid of men or to be ladylike, i actually feel like i am a bit of a bitch and i can do what i want and say what i want and go where i want simply because i was not conditioned to be fearful of the world and of masculinity , maybe it also has to do with not having a vagina and not worrying about getting pregnant!

At the same time, i think it sucks not being able to have babies, it really is a big thing for most women, and to me. Also, having this secret between my legs and just the general sense that i can never be ``normal`` or getting pregnant and feeling ambigious about surgery or my future.

In terms of shoes, i really dont have much problem, but i do wish my feet were smaller of course, its harder to find a size 9 or even size 8 super high heels, and i dont really want to wear high heels because i dont wnat to be like 5`11 after wearing them. Tucking can be a bit annoying, but what is most annoying is that i want to wear a bikini and go walk on the beach without worrying and just feeling sexy and free.. *sigh*

I know it's hard to find good shoes ladies....but keep looking 'cause wether it's a tgirl or a ggirl the first ( ok second) thing I do is look down and check out the footwear. Love me some hot shoes.....and you ladies DO put in the extra effort and we men notice it and ggirls resent it.
