I was out partying with some friends the other night. Got back to my place and started watching the movie "The Rules of Attraction". It was half way through and there was a scene where all the college kids attend a party called "The Dress For Sex Party".
I loved the idea. And I immediately put my own twist on it.

I want to have a Penis Out Party. Where everyone dresses in their finest seductive ensemble, anything from a sexy dress, a handsome suit, or skimpy lingerie. But the rule is that the party goer must have their penis out for all to see. As soon as they walk in the door their penis must present itself. Now I would be glad to have females attend to. In their case I would either suggest the vag must show or a strap on dildo for fun.
