Congratulations on 20 years! You must be proud.
Now you wouldn't be in business for this long if you weren't able to convey to your new customers what exactly they were getting into, I mean I"m not gonna call a guy up to paint my house without getting more information because I saw an ad in the paper and he says he's the best. It doesn't work that way and you of all people should know after 20 years. You said it yourself you gave three quotes one day with the slim chance of getting any business, yet if you were to hang up on each customer because you were pissed off then maybe you should just not answer the phone that day.
Heck I'm not being unreasonable and I can see the other side of this, yet what I'm trying to say that it's just bad bad business. I mean Catherine looks to be one of the hottest girls in T.O. yet due to her customer service, which has been echo'ed by a few on this board, she's definatly not one of the best. I could only imagine if she were to be half as pleasant at as Lucy, who we have all been going ga ga over for awhile now.
I don't think that asking a simple question regarding price and location to be annoying and windowshopping. I mean she was the one who has taken out a space to advertise her services in the paper and get's annoyed when people call. Again I say it's just bad business. You can try to defend her and be her champion on this cause but I'd have to say the majority probably would agree with me.
