I am happy that everything worked out well. I think there is a slight error in the math here. One Canadian dollar = 32 baht. So, 200,000 baht / 32 = 6250 cdn not the 70,000 dollars in that posting. Cheers!

Ya ur right, my calcs are fucked up.
I'll blame the jet lag.

I bought a laptop there for 30,000 and it is around $1000.

So the operation did cost around $7000
That makes more sense because it should be way cheaper in Thailand.
