Rio De Janeiro is a city of beaches and is loaded with shemales.
So if you are hoping to tranny spot on the beach that would be your best bet. Probably Copacobana beach would be the most likely, since they often work on the beach road at night, so you can check the odd one out there too.

Sao Paulo is one of the biggest city in the world but it is not right beside beaches and not as condusive to tourism.

If you want to see a sight ask a Rio Taxi driver to run you down Shemale street at night. It is not too far from the Copacobana area and there is a stupid number of trannies on the street there. I wouldn't recommend stopping or getting out, just take a look.
