This is Charlotte Aulin from the Castlevania series. She makes her best stand in Harmony of Despair as she is one of the strongest characters to chose from.
You don't know this upon selecting her for the first time. If you learn her ways and how she gathers spells via her book of shadows... she becomes so powerful that even the legions of hell and all of Dracula's army can not stop her.
She stands before the prince of darkness a petite and once powerless girl.
She had gathered her lore by taking the magic of demons and monsters summoned by Dracula. Her patience was her greatest weapon. She learned that by using her enemies power against them, they would only make her stronger.
She can harness the magic of light, the magic so feared by Dracula.
So, if this young girl can use a book to destroy an empire of evil...
