Depends man I don't mind surgeries to her body I just hate when they start fucking with the nose.

Nose job is usually make or break for anyone's looks. Look at Jenifer Grey from Dirty Dancing. She made it big, then changed the look that everyone fell in love with (bump in her nose and all) and she became instantly forgettable.

That also points out that it's a person's charisma in front of the camera as well as their looks that makes them popular. There are plenty of souless "doll heads" out there who remain nameless and prove my point!
