We learned that Williams, 47, had pedophile tendencies, stealing underwear of girls as young as 9 years old during the 82 fetish home invasions and attempted break-ins between Sept. 2007 and November 2009. He broke into 48 different homes in the Belleville-Tweed area and Ottawa. One, he hit nine separate times. And he was good at it.

This man was a ticking time bomb, and would have went on to kill many more women if not apprehended. I highly suspect his guilty plea is to expedite himself out of public view and interest and hopefully ongoing police investigations into this individual will come to an end. Who knows how many he has killed or would have gone on to kill. This is one individual that needed to be caged. I couldn't care less what he was in the military, he is what we have discovered him to be amongst us and there are probably many more out there who have just not yet been caught and might never be. One sick prick, caged! Right on!
