I wish Cialis would give me an extra inch. I could really use it. Cialis is supposed to last for 36 hours, but I recently found out that for me it lasts even longer. Has anyone else had similar results?

I have used it occasionally over the last couple years, when seeing SW, just to avoid nerves getting in the way of my fun. (Otherwise don’t have ED issues in regular life).

I usually only take 5mg (occasionally have tried 10). I find that even just 5mg it will have a noticeable effect for 3 days or more (slowly diminishing with time). Even when not hard, I notice my dick is just a bit more “turgid” at rest. Also more likely to get a semi randomly throughout the day, when sex crosses my mind. Like when I was a teenager. lol.

I might get an extra 1/4” of length and similar increase in girth. Without meds I’m lucky enough to get rock hard, so doesn’t make me much harder.

Same with me. I actually had 20mg at 1st but hard to the point it hurt and non stop stubbiees all day lol, it also gave me stuffy nose and headache, I then got 10s, now 5s but I rarely use it or need it, Its also prescribed for enflamed prostate which is why I had it but after a few days Im good , happened twice in 10yrs but I kept my script going to stock up as I have coverage ,

I tried 10mg for a few months but found it would take about 8 hours before it took affect for me. Then it would be wearing off when I wanted to see someone. I found viagra just as effective and I can take as needed. With Cialis it means taking it regularly during the week and if I only see 3-5 SPs a month it is an expensive product to use just so I can be ready.

I have spoken with a number of SPs who use it regularly which makes a lot of sense as they can definitely capitalize on the effect that it has on them.
