I have to agree with most of what you say Craig. Now that CL is gone worldwide, girls will have to compete in a more reasonable way. In Toronto, Eye and Now magazines will see a ressurgence in business and this will help to support reasonable rates from the girls - these ads aren't cheap. No more $50 crack whore rates.

Here in Calgary, the possibilities for advertising are more limited. Vancouver has Westender and Georgia Straight. Here, there isn't much in the way of media for adult entertainment.

Personally, I couldn't be happier. I spent the last few days in Grande Prairie and had relied on CL for my ads. I had some great days and now CL is gone, I am going to bed early so I can drive back home tomorrow.

I have a little bit of experience and know how CL works. therefore I'm happy with everything I've bought and sold there. I am not in a position to know for sure but it is gone worldwide, not just in Canada. That leads me to believe that CL owner has decided to remove it. If it was just Canada, I might ascribe it to government pressure but that doesn't explain the worldwide change. Seems like a change in policy at CL.
