Penis reduction? Why do you want this done? If it sometimes feels uncomfortable or sore for the she-male as it goes in then keep it out. I imagine if this procedure is done it will cause permanent damage to the tissue and nerves resulting in a reduction of sexual functioning so THAT IS NOT AT ALL WORTH IT.
