But there are stupid restrictions. I think this law actually started years ago when a husband paid his wife for sex in a marriage and after police found out he was going to be charged but then they legalized it because they happen to be husband and wife. Is this true if I remembered right? If so this law really only favors husbands and wives but not single women who do the exact same thing. So they are being discriminated against.

I am pretty sure your mind has recalled that incorrectly.

I might be mistaken about that but im very correct in saying that the Canadian prostitution law clashes against itself in a hypocritical way because like I said, its legal to pay someone for a sexual sharing(isn't "sexual sharing" a better description instead of saying "sex"? Saying sex is not proper english when describing a sexual act because a sex is describing a gender as in male, female or transgender and not a sexual act), ......because like I said, its legal to pay someone for a sexual sharing but its illegal to actually give the person the money including visiting the person's house. Now those terms of that prostitution law does not make sense and are purely hypocritical as its telling you you can legally pay someone for a sexual sharing but its illegal to exchange money for it.(?).
