It is "it's" not "its". Let's leave Paris' frenglish alone I for one find it adorable. If I was to attempt to type this response in french it I'm sure it would be an absolute abomination so I have mad respect for anyone who is billinual.
She used the wrong word. She also didn't capitalize Ottawa, but I did not point that out because we can can assume using ottawa as opposed to Ottawa is just easier and faster to type.

Same with 'its' and 'it's'.
It's and its' have totally different meanings.
Paris just made a mistake. NO need to complain about it.
But you did just point it out now.......real classy. Do you really want to be "that guy" the one who corrects peoples spelling and grammar on an internet forum? If your urge to correct peoples english is irresistable perhaps you should go teach an ESL class.
It has nothing to do with spelling so don't distort what I was trying to accomplish when pointing out her error. She used the wrong word. It not just spelling or grammar. I told her this before.
Maybe you guys can just sit back and not say anything but I think it is helpful to tell her in this occasion. I care very much about Paris she is a wonderful human being.
