Need info on T-girl immigration to USA

I want to bring my transgendered girlfriend to the US. Can anyone help me with information? It would be greatly appreciated. She is currently in the Philippines

I am in Canada but the process will be somewhat similar.

You have to get them a visa to to visit the USA.

There is tourist visas and study visas and immigrant visas.
Probably the easiest is some kind of tourist visa.
Usually you have to apply to the US embassy in the phillipines.

She must have a passport and is the one who has to apply in person at the embassy.

You would have to write a letter notarized in the USA saying you would support her etc. There would have to be proof that enough cash exists for the immigrant to visit the usa.
Also you would have to show that you have actually spent some time together and have some sort of relationship.
She she should not have a criminal background and her education and employment may come into question.

Other than that, if you can get her into the US and want to continue a relationship then I believe you can marry her. That won't guarantee you can get a permenant status but it would help.

It's not necessarily easy.
If you search the web you can find services that will help you for a fee.
Often it is free if they cannot get your GF a visa.
There is some other forums and sites out there geared to getting asian GFs to other countries.
