Before the thread gets shut down I want to say one final time specifically to the OP, if your reaching out and making a plea for help, it is not found here on an internet site. It will be found with a qualified psychiatrist/psychologist you can trust. Being a transsexual I can imagine is confusing with no release valve. Prostitution, drugs and alcohol and dangerous addictive behavour(s) will not resolve your confusion. Seek professional help, thats what it's there for and hey it works!

If somebody doesn't see these things as wrong, they're not going to be morally conflicted by it, and it won't cause psychological issues or damages. You can't just assume that because somebody is acting differently than you, that they must be a poor, lost and broken soul, just because YOU wouldn't want to do what they're doing.
