Aston is one of the nicest and genuine client that I've ever met (american version of Dan in calgary... )and I am %100 sure that what he says is all TRUE
when I mentioned sue's honesty and her pics in the forums,lots of MORONS thought that I am jelaous of her... now I guess its proven that I was right about her,and when Tia says that she doesn't know about Sue that well,its a fucking bullshit,they both know each other very well,they were very close friends and I saw them dozens of times on church street hanging together,then they stopped talking to each other because of Aston,Sue told me that when aston started to seeing her every weekend (instead of Tia),Tia got so jelaous and then their friendship was over.actually personality wise they are like twins
for the trust issue,life is all about experiences,and I had that experience in a hard way,my ex-close friends owe me 40 thousand dollars.one of them was another well known tgirl,she told me that her sister got cancer,needed an urgent surgery for to survive and I lent her the money(10 thousand) and 1 week later she got dissapeared,never seen her again,obviously she made up that story...
another one was very close friend of mine who was struggling with her restaurant bussiness,lent her 15 thousand,she wrote me a personal cheque( my lovely lawyer client CAPABLANCA(member of the forums) knows the story very well,by the way thank you very much for your help hun)
anyways she never paid it back,I sued her one year later,attent in every hearing(you know how slow is the Law),spent money and time to the lawyers&court expenses..etc.,won the case,got the order,but couldn't get a dime from her cause she sold her bussiness and she didn't have any assets so I got nothing back for my money...
I sold my first car to a close friend of mine,he paid the half of it and never paid back the other half and moved back to Europe....
and here and there more and more....
I got my lesson in a hard way but again life is all about the experiences and last 4 years I have very very limited friends and I never involve into any kind of money issues with anybody anymore...
dear Aston ,you are not the only one,I know how it feels,there is nothing you can do hun,you don't even have any prove or paper work ,I have the judgement,a cheque worthed of 15000$+interest and can't do nothing with it...
so move on hun and don't lend any money to anybody...

Well Aston, in all honesty and in my solid prediction , you have more chances of getting your money back had you waited longer and channel this problem to a more diplomatic way rather than this revelation here.

Give her a chance to prove this and enough time to produce the said amount, coz, it's really big! let us know any development since you've involved us already. Let us know if she carry her part of the bargain. Then we would then decide to condemned her or not, should she decide to ignore your plea.

In the course of nine months Sue moved her position from I'll give you your money back ,to, I just need a little more time, to, I will pay you in 3 to 6 months, to. don't call me I'll call you when I'm ready to pay you back. Today it has been 10 months since Sue needed a little more time and not a cent has been paid back. I also offered Sue the option of paying me 2k per month, an option she flatly refued, she said she would pay me back on her terms (or not)
I don't think Sue needs more time. Sue needs a position shift. But I don't expect that to happen any time soon, as Lucy says time to move on, but hopefully someone else will think twice before loaning Sue any more money.
