Personaly I like to resrtch into a surgon before I give them my money and go by precentages and if he is one of the lowest rated Drs on rate MDs why would i go to him, like he probably did great jobs on the people you saw but how many bad jobs did he do? and also I would prefer to go to a surgon who makes his money because he can charge higher prices for his work because it is art ,.,,.insted of one one who makes money from a high volume of costomers and charges less ,.,.,. like wal mart has wayyyy more costomers then Guess ,, dosent meen they are beter quality it is totaly the opisate,, ohh and not everyone knows somone personaly who went to a specific surgon so they have to go by statistics and still when on a dr raiting site he is rated 2.9 out of tons of reviews and other Drs are rated 4 on avrage it is saying somthig,.,. and that isent hearsay its statistics,.,. In the end it is truly a opinion tho and everyone is entitled to theirs

Ask for the biggest the PS can do and do them. Trust me, after you get them you always want it bigger. I think that's the case for most girls. You have a pretty small frame, I think even 350-400 cc's will be more than enough. My first one was 450 cc and now I have 700 cc. I went to a C to a DD. Ask him if they do a technique called "dual plane" or something like that, it's where it's part under muscle and part over - I guess it's the best way now. I'm getting mine re-done that way in a few months.

& I would suggest the cohesive gel implants because they dont ripple, they feel the most natural and they wont rupture and can last wayy longer than saline implants. And I would get the incision in the armpit (auxiliary incision - I think) cause having the incision under the boob or on the nipples is never a good look. If it's on the armpit atleast it's hidden

thanks kitana thats a great suggestion maybe i could try that coz i just went to see this surgeon today and ask some info bout getting my breast implant and what size and she said i probly coould get 32'B thats really fit on my body size.......
