if your gps is activated on the blackberry you can get the identifier code from your phone provider and take it to the police and they can track down your phone.

my gf doped her blackberry some punk picked it up and demanded i pay 200 to get it back when calling so i got the locater code and gave it to the police and got the phone back no prolbem bit of a hassle but id shank a guy before bowing to extortion lol.

This happened to me a year ago and two friends I was hammered lol. If you can find out the exact time and place he picked you up or the cab id number which is usually like 4 digits they could find him right away unless it was a co op then your fucked. but I'd call the cab company and give them fucking hell and threaten with cops and what not.. unfortunately I couldn't get mine back fucking bastard. Ugh I hate Taxi's they are rude and don't know how to drive on the streets at all I'm going to start being a bitch and getting my free rides when I see him driving and on the phone fuck

I hatee losing stuff in Taxis and it must reli suck losing a blackberry, but if you call the company you might be able to get it back, usaly the big name companys have lost and founds, and the drivers bring stuff back to the dispatch and put in there when they find it in the cab.

I don't know why you girls don't get work numbers that aren't tied to one mobile device or location.

My number forwards to any phone I want.
If I lose my phone, I just go on their website and point it to a new number.
Mine is a toll free number but they have other types of numbers too.
